Have you ever experienced God being silent to your prayers? When we face giants in life, inevitably we reach out to God for help, we begin praying for weeks or even months, but shockingly we don’t get an answer. During this time, we endure heartache, fear and anxiety. Sometimes it seems like God is deaf to our prayers. Yet, it is our own fears that are crippling and over-powering us, to the extent that it deafens us to God’s voice.

We may meditate on the Word day and night and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance, yet 'unknowingly' refuse to hear or accept that God is telling us to face the giant, slay it, to be courageous instead of enduring heartache, fear and anxiety.

God sometimes requires that we take action, just as David had to slay Goliath. When we take the leap of faith and conquer the giants in our lives, we become stronger and develop stronger character. Our heavenly Father desires for His children to have courage, pray bold prayers and take a bold step by rejoicing in tribulation. He wants us to understand that because He is with us, we are victorious through Him, we may fearlessly confront giants and be sure that we shall triumph.

No need to fear, be bold to make tough decisions instead of living in fear and misery, we have God given power within us.

"2 Timothy 1: For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

When we face fears, we show trust in God and we surrender to God not to fears.

"Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

There are fires in life that Jesus will walk you through, you will not be harmed, embrace the journey, embrace the adventure. Shift from fear to courage. God is with you, trust Him, lean on Him. Be of good courage. Know who your God is. Christ Jesus is alive, you are victorious.

Allow God to direct your steps. It's time to pray for wisdom instead of praying for what you think the solution should be, ask God to lead you into doing what He wants you to do for your situation. Read your bible, meditate on the Word of God. Praise and Worship Him as He leads you and moves you in the right direction.

God bless you.
