Psalm 50:14:  Make thankfulness your sacrifice to God, and keep the vows you made to the Most High

Giving thanks specifically with a GRATEFUL heart has a value that money cannot buy.

Giving thanks is an easy yet most miraculous sacrifice we can offer to God. Giving thanks with a grateful heart is what God desires.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Gratitude benefits your wellbeing

Some individuals are prone to making snap judgments and pointing out flaws in others, but there is plenty to be thankful for. One way to express gratitude is to see the good in others, even in those you find objectionable. When we do this, we begin thinking pure thoughts.

Studies have proven that gratitude is a powerful human emotion. Gratitude makes you view life in a more refreshing perspective. It relieves stress and anxiety. Gratitude makes people happy. Be grateful, look after your body because it is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Make Thanksgiving Special - do it with a grateful heart

Pray for Thanksgiving as you would for a wedding day or other special occasions. Pray that everything on earth be still in its beauty without disturbances. Pray for this day to have beautiful, calm weather, let all the birds, trees, skies and seas rejoice together with us. Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice in unison, harmoniously.

As we give thanks to our Heavenly Father, let us come in holiness. Marvel at what God has done in your life and say your testimony to the world.

28 Give to the Lord, O families of the peoples,

Give to the Lord glory and strength.

29 Give to the Lord the glory due His name;

Give thanks for you will not be shaken, our Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and sicknesses. He rose up again and gained victory for us.

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for my sins and sickness, raising Him up again and gaining victory for us. Thank you my Lord Jesus Christ for loving me so much and willfully sacrificing your life for me. My God gives countless chances because of His steadfast, unfailing love. If it were not for You, Jesus Christ, guilt and shame would kill me because I am a flawed, fallible human being that you saved. Thank you Holy Spirit for convicting me, guiding me and helping me through this journey. I thank you for your Word, the Bible, it breathes life to my soul. My Heavenly God, I thank you for your unfailing mercy, and enduring love that you have for me. I would never be able to do life without You carrying me. I would never be where I am today without you. My Heavenly Father has taken me from strength to strength. He picked me up and restored my soul. I am grateful to you my God. I love you and I appreciate you my Heavenly Father.
