While many individuals reject the Word of God by preference, other people are not allowed to own a Bible because Bibles are forbidden in certain countries. Perhaps many people might never get to read our Bible, they might never experience or understand the outrageous love of God, the unfathomable Wisdom that feeds the soul. The fact that I have freedom to own and read a Bible, made me recognise that I am chosen to share the Word of God.
We are blessed to be awarded this precious book of life. The Bible is living book that conveys the incredible depth of God’s love as we embark on life’s adventurous journey. We were exclusively handpicked by the Creator of the Universe. Our Heavenly Father chose us for eternity with Him. When I look at my Bible, I see a precious, invaluable possession. I may not understand all of it, but it comes with a comforter, a guide, the Holy Spirit. Our Bible reveals that Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour is also our identity and more.
My Bible shows me that life has meaning. I am honored that this precious life-giving Word is in my hands. It is the key to eternal life. I am filled with gratitude for being able to have the freedom to own a bible.
I am born a sinner, God did not have to save me but He did and He gave me access to the Bible, His precious Word. We are chosen, designed and intended for God’s purpose. We are chosen to witness, chosen to impart His Word. We are chosen to experience life in abundance as an added benefit here on earth, and eternity in Heaven, because we have the privilege and freedom of owning a Bible filled with truth and life.
We are blessed with eyesight to be able to see the Word; we are blessed with reading ability. We are blessed to be in countries that allow Bibles.
We are blessed with a God who goes with us.
If you have access to a Bible, feed your soul, experience your life progressing.
Spread the Good news.
God bless you
Natlie Loots
